Parking

The parking lot at Pärnu College has limited capacity, especially during session-based lectures (Wednesday to Sunday). Therefore, we recommend that those driving to the college arrive early and account for the time needed to find a parking space. 

Starting from May 1, 2024, the Pärnu City Council will expand the paid parking area, which will affect the streets around Pärnu College. The college is located in the beach area, and from May 1, 2024, parking on all nearby streets will become paid. Parking in the Pärnu College parking lot is free for students, faculty, and guests upon entering their vehicle registration number.

Paid Parking Times:

Old Town and City Center Areas: Mon–Sat (excluding national and public holidays) 8 AM – 7 PM
Beach Area (Sep 1 – Apr 30): Mon–Sat (excluding national and public holidays) 8 AM – 7 PM
Beach Area (May 1 – Aug 31): Mon–Sun (including national and public holidays) 8 AM – 7 PM
Free Parking Times:

In the Old Town and City Center areas for the first 60 minutes, provided you indicate the start time of parking accordingly.
In the Keskväljak parking lot in front of Endla Theatre for the first 3 hours.
In the Beach Area (Sep 1 – Apr 30) for the first 60 minutes.
In the Beach Area (May 1 – Aug 31) for the first 30 minutes.
